So ok, I get jealous easily. Like, even when my girlfriend even just simply states that another girl is pretty its like this massive feeling of jealousy overwhelms me and it sucks. I don't want to like "control" her and tell her what to do you know? I hate getting jealous so easily.
Ah, jealousy is a tricky mother effer.
Unfortunately, it’s not easily controlled, either.
Try explaining to her that it’s an impulsive thing, and you’re trying to get it under control.
Also, it may stem from some underlining self esteem issues. Or trust issues in the relationship.
Make sure you are working on these things.
This one will take time.
Hopefully your girlfriend is going to support you,
and just keep working on your confidence in the relationship and in yourself.
